“Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world.John 17:24... have you ever wondered what God's will is for you?... well you can start from here (King James version actually reads 'I will')... knowing that after having received eternal life,(verse 2)...it is His will for you to be with Him to see His glory and the purpose of that is to as a mirror, reflect same...isn't it a wonder how we go around carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders when a life of glory is God's will for us ...he wants it that way we are not forcing him to give it to us, we are not begging for it, its His will... why not have a turn around and begin to reflect on what ways to best reflect His glory...for you are a planting of the Lord for the display of His splendor. i think any institution that decides to advertise or put their wares o display, would...

My conviction that God exists He is the creator and ruler of all things He is the provider and bestower of eternal salvation through Christ I trust in God –ABSOLUTELY I have confidence in God-ABSOLUTELY I believe in his power I believe in His wisdom- He knows what He is doing I believe in His goodness-  no matter what I am going through it does not change God; He is still God My person; who I am comes from and depends on God My future personality leans on God in absolute trust, and confidence in His power wisdom and goodness- He can make me what He wants me to be Such is my faith!

The free Option!!! We ’ ve heard the quote- ‘its better to give than to receive ’ ? well I say ‘ its better to buy than to receive ’ . Hey it’s my own opinion. I just have this conviction (personal I must stress) that I would rather love to afford a car, House, or whatever I want than to have them given me as a gift. I believe it is a higher blessing, to buy than to receive… Reading through Genesis 23, that ’ s the account of how Abraham insisted on buying Sarah ’ s burial place from the Hittites rather than to receive it as a gift (even though it was offered), made me think more about it. The same principle applies to King David ’ s sacrificing at the threshing floor of Araunah (2Sam 24). David also would not take the property for free, the relationships between the people involved not withstanding-   (Abraham was apparently close pals with the Hittites- and what’s a gift from one friend to another? Especially in the face of such loss as Abraham had just suffered-, David...

Question: What do you do with prophetic words that are proclaimed over your life?...I say Stamp it on! Take a cue from a man named David in 2 Samuel 7: 18- 29, after he had just received prophetic words concerning what the Lord had in store for his destiny from the mouth of Nathan the prophet, the Bible says David went in and Sat before the Lord and began to speak. He prayed, appreciating the Lord for seeing him even in his nothingness and desiring to do such great things for him. He accepted the prophecies and began to thank the Lord for their fulfillment... wao! its just like writing and sending in an acceptance letter to one form of proposal or the other either a contract offer, admission letter or whatever, you write in, thanking them for choosing you, accept the offer and thank them for the 'undone' business  right? ... so the next time someone ... anyone speaks a prophetic word over you... Stamp it on!!!

Hello Virtuos ladies, i am excited to welcome you all to this New year. and at the same time welcome you to my blog. i pray that we will all find some form of support or the other as we reach out to one another in love. last year we started this book club , and we were able to have one glorious meeting. it is my believe that this year will bring us into God's purpose for us as individuals and as a bookclub. the initial concept behind Vladies book club is to help provide support for the christian woman as well as others in various ways. spiritually financially, socially, and so on.and this has not changed. it is our way of providing a network of like minded individuals who can be our needed shoulders at our various times of need. join me as we make amazing discoveries in books ranging from the Bible, to a whole lot of others please invite your friends also to join us.
