And so you will plunder the Egyptians.” Why do you think it was women who were asked to go and ask  their neighbors for articles of silver and gold for the plundering of Egypt, a recompense for their labours and to facilitate the worship of their God? I think the answer can be found in a word in the preceding verse which talks about favour, it means to me that women are fashioned to be highly favoured of God. God had spoken to Abram before now he was not just hearing this instruction it had come at an earlier time. but he did not act on it only until after the death of his father did he fall back on an instruction he had been given . Reading for day 1-  Gen1:1- Gen 16:16 My glimpse  Gen 2:10-14 10  A river flowed from the land of Eden, watering the garden and then dividing into four branches. 11  The first branch, called the Pishon, flowed around the entire land of Havilah, where gold is found. 12  The gold of that land is exceptionally pure; aromatic resin and onyx stone are also found there. 13  The second branch, called the Gihon, flowed around the entire land of Cush. 14  The third branch, called the Tigris, flowed east of the land of Asshur. Bible in 90 days Kick off. hmm bright new day and its officially day 1 of our 90 day bible challenge. me ladies and i already off to a good start the thoughts, comments and insights are rolling in, our eyes different as they are being open to different aspects of scripture in different ways, being giving different meanings to various scriptures pooling them all together to make one big beautiful picture of the story of our God.

So its the eve of the kick off for the 90 days bible challenge, and excitement is in the air. the ladies cant wait to get reading. someone said that for anything you do you should view the end even before the beginning, so here i am viewing the 90th day, seeing the finish line. looking past and beyond whatever things may want to drag us down and seeing the get together organised just to celebrate our victory. wow i hear the glasses clinking the laughter the joy, look at all the fun we are having. it was worth it these past 90 days we are the better for it. and we are mighty glad we went through it. all we ask sweet spirit of the living God is for our spirits to be open to yours all through the days so we might receive from you. it is the Spirit of the word that we want and not just the letter because the bible says the letter kills, but the spirit gives life.Take us over Holy Spirit, make us over through this experience and journey through the Word.

Did you ever think about it? how we are called to love and to hold... and then let go! How the pain of child bearing brings the joy of life there's nothing more refining or wonderful its true than being a mother to you I detest the hurt i can't fix, the me i sometimes am but the change is constant and i'll constantly carry you on this incredible journey with me because i'm the mother who loves you On your own, facing the world did i give you what you need to succeed? did i say the words that make you believe? there are no limits to what you can be some day you'll fly, and i'll watch you soar with glistening eyes i'm your mother who loves you There will be days you agree days you don't days you run away, days i hold you close whether inches or miles come between i'll stand on my knees fight with all my heart as the mother who loves you!
