Bible in 90days day 2-Align that Vision!

Gen 24:60 They gave her this blessing as she parted:
“Our sister, may you become
    the mother of many millions!
May your descendants be strong
and conquer the cities of their enemies.”

How important do you think it is as women for our visions to align with that of our husbands or husbands-to-be? Rebekah was being married into a family that had a huge proclamation of blessings and visions upon their lives they were walking in and passing on what we know as the blessing of Abraham found in
Gen 12:1 The Lord had said to Abram, “Leave your native country, your relatives, and your        father’s family, and go to the land that I will show you. I will make you into a great nation. I will bless you and make you famous, and you will be a blessing to others. I will bless those who bless you and curse those who treat you with contempt. All the families on earth will be blessed through you.”
  and
Gen 22:
17 I will certainly bless you. I will multiply your descendants[a] beyond number, like the stars in the sky and the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will conquer the cities of their enemies. 18 And through your descendants all the nations of the earth will be blessed—all because you have obeyed me.”
Now this blesisng that was being proclaimed on Rebekkah seems to be an echo of the one God had proclaumed on abraham and which Isaac had entered into and was also walking in. it became their purpose and mission in life to fulfill what had been proclaimed over their lives. I believe that for every family there is a vision and a mission to be accomplished. so its necessary for me as a woman to first and foremost be aware of what i carry so i can make an informed decision of who to marry. because if our portfolios don't align we can't function correctly together (can two walk together except they be agreed?) !!!

  1. For me its appropriate as a woman to fully understand what we carry inside of us to enable us make the right decisions in our marriage and when choosing a life partner. remember obedience is the total confidence in the person giving out the instructions. If we don't allign our dreams with our life partners, it may not be easy to obey when the head of the home innitiates very drastic decisions. I pray God will give us the grace to always listen and obey.
