I have singled him out so that he will direct his sons and their families to keep the way of the Lord by doing what is right and just. Then I will do for Abraham all that I have promised.”

A lot of us sit and imagine: why was i chosen? why did God call me? of all the people that were in my family, my situation, my environment, why me in particular?well! don't search any further here it is whatever the Lord does He does for posterity, it doesn't end with you its about the train or long chain of people who have their destinies attached to you . its because as He said to Abraham, He knows that you have it in you to keep His name going, to tell others about Him to teach people about Him whether they be your physical children or not. Abraham did not even have a physical child for a very long time yet God said He chose him because he would direct his sons and families to keep His ways. so that tells me that his slaves and visitors and all that ever came around him and heard him talk about his God, where considered his children. God expects the same from us 

 that's why He chose us. that's the purpose we must accomplish to see that those who are called our children learn about our God, and learn to keep His ways by doing what is right and just!!!

Exo 3:21-22    21  “And I will make the Egyptians favorably disposed toward this people, so that when you leave you will not go empty-handed. 22  Every woman is to ask her neighbor and any woman living in her house for articles of silver and gold and for clothing, which you will put on your sons and daughters. And so you will plunder the Egyptians.” Why do you think it was women who were asked to go and ask  their neighbors for articles of silver and gold for the plundering of Egypt, a recompense for their labours and to facilitate the worship of their God? I think the answer can be found in a word in the preceding verse which talks about favour, it means to me that women are fashioned to be highly favoured of God.
